(SOLVED) High WOW Cable Bill

Hi All

High WOW Cable bill, 400.61, Normal price 202.07, For Ultra TV Signature, basic cable, Advanced Phone, 15mb/1mb internet. Phone rep said changes were made to account, well we never authorized any changes, only tech we had out was to solve an issue with the service related to media players losing communication with Gateway. PDF copy of the bill shows same service, and not changes that pop out at us.

Could me changing the wireless password area have any effect on that?

changing your wireless password has no effect on your bill.

what did the tech do in your home? Did he/she run new cable lines? I'm guessing you were charged for the visit plus he did something else. He/she should have left you with a piece of paper stating what was changed. They always leave something with the customer.

All Tech did was put some sort of splitter where all the lines came in, no new lines ran or equipment changed, WOW Customer Service rep said some sort of bundling error was the reason for all this.

Was no form left by this Tech when he left, just put the splitter in, then was like you should be all set, and he said bye, and was on his way.
