In their defense

Rogers was upgrading lines last summer to offer aggregation through their TPIA points, so I'd say that it was relevant that it may have caused some issues, but only for the customers during the period their TPIA was getting aggregated. And ONLY then. Otherwise it would have been business as usual for Rogers.

The problem has nothing to do with their aggregation network. TPIA customers on cable see proper performance. Its Rogers IP network connecting to Netflix that has issues.
