Comcast XFINITY TV → [Merger] follow up on comcast charter transaction in ohio

Well I talked to someone at charter and they said that all of time warner is ohio is going to charter. They also stated that all of Comcast in ohio is going to spinco. Now that puts me in limbo. My headend is in ohio but I live in west Virginia. Now does that mean I stay Comcast or become spinco?
Since my headend is in ohio how would they split me off to be Comcast or would I have to be spinco?
The guy at Comcast corporate had no idea what I was talking about. Told me Comcast is buying out charter and they are disconnecting 3 million subs as part of the merger.

but wouldn't that mean a whole new system basically since our system is tied into their system?
I mean we have more channels than the system in ohio but we are tied into their headend and office even according to fcc reports.
