Sonic is pro-Net Neutrality. AT&T might try what you're talking about, but Sonic? Nope. Sonic wants content companies to peer with them, so they aren't going to charge for that privilege.

Of course Sonic wants SFI peering. It benefits them. It reduces the cost of delivering services to their customers. Funny how that works. They're not like the big carriers that are trying to double and triple dip on everything.
