150 Ultimate was in my area but now not 150 Hybrid Fiber??

Why would the old 150 be in my area and then when Rogers renamed the packages they now say that 150 is not available in my area? Kinda stupid I would think.

Because Rogers is silly.

Same reason why I couldn't get 150/10 Unlimited, but they would give me 150/2 with 250GB. Idiocy.

It's apparently because of a limitation on the upload speeds in certain areas, not download. I'm in the same situation. The old 150 had a max upload of 10, whereas it now has 15, resulting it the plan being unavailable. The 60 plan is now the highest level that still meets the 10 upload (aside from any older grandfathered plans like we have).

More annoying is the fact that the old 150/10 plan is significantly more expensive than the 150/15 plan and has lower bandwitdth caps, but there's no way for people in our situation to take advantage of the improved pricing (without dropping to the lower 60/10 plan). I've been successful in getting them to at least provide some account credits in order to price-match the old 150/10 plan to the new 150/15 offering.
