We're pleased to announce the new packages for Red territories that will be available starting May 22nd. Old packages will be removed from the site that day, but if you call in we'll still be able to sign you up with an older package if you prefer. (until June 1st)
Existing customers on the 45/10 will be automatically moved to the 60/10 which will happen on or about May 22nd and include the price reduction where appropriate (ie 45/10/300GB will go down $5, 45/10/Unlimited will stay the same price since the unlimited portion is higher).
Existing customers on the 150/10 will be automatically moved to the 150/15 at their current price, however this will be phased in over about 2 weeks as we go through all the accounts to put in the order changes.
Q: Grandfathering existing plans? Yes.
Q: Unlimited 2am - 8am window still available on non-unlimited plans? Yes.
Q: Modem requirements? DOCSIS 3.0 8x4 required for all new packages.
Q: Can I just PM you my package change? Normally I'd say sure - but given how many of them all at once, I'd ask you please send these in to our service team. Thanks.
