TDS Internet etc...

For the whole time I have been on TDS internet I have had maybe 2 minutes of service most of the time then it states it's looking for a signal. I saw other posts on this with a help of maybe asking TDS for a different wifi router. That is just a time waster. It appears there is a signal problem...all the time.

I am not a complainer but I work hard all day just to come in jump on the computer and get frustrated at it's inability to even play a video on the internet or a short game. My free time on TDS is frustrated waste of time.

Are you just venting or are you looking for troubleshooting help on here?

If you're looking for troubleshooting help, I have a few questions for you to try to help... keep in mind these forums are customers helping other customers. I don't work for TDS.

1. Are you on fiber or dsl?
2. What router do you have?
3. How long have you had TDS service?; If it was recently installed, did the installer verify everything was working right before they left?
4. Are you connecting wired or wireless?
