[Exchange] not receiving mail for a certain domainI have a 2013 exchange server on server 2012 r2. My exchange server is on my fios residential service and used for personal use only. However I can not receive mail from a corporate exchange server on a comcast internet connection. I can receive mail from all other domain even others on comcast business class internet. Spam filters have been checked and disabled neither have any black lists. Mail from any and everyone else can be received. Any ideas? Thank you! |

Are they getting a NDR back? Can you have someone telnet and manually try input an email to see if they get an error? |

I have ndrs disable because its a residential internet service. I do have another domain on that server as well. So I took the user account and added another smtp record and sure enough the message arrived. I just cant receive mail on the domain in question, but that domain can receive from the whole world. |
