Charter On-The-Go Login FailsWith the exception of Epix, not one of Charter's supposed On-The-Go app partners accepts my login info. Each and every one returns this error message:
"Apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on this issue. Please try logging back after 24 hours."
It's been this way for the entirety of my nearly two months as a subscriber. I'm baffled. It's the same on each e-mail account. (And, yes, I'm logging in with my Charter.net address, not my account login.)
Is this a general issue? A known issue? One with a solution? |

They work for me. Did you register with each site? |

I was unable to register due to my Charter login information being rejected with the message indicated in my earlier post. |

Call into customer service and have them escalate that because it may be a glitch between charters servers and the on the go apps. |
