Charter On-The-Go Login Fails

With the exception of Epix, not one of Charter's supposed On-The-Go app partners accepts my login info. Each and every one returns this error message:

"Apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on this issue. Please try logging back after 24 hours."

It's been this way for the entirety of my nearly two months as a subscriber. I'm baffled. It's the same on each e-mail account. (And, yes, I'm logging in with my Charter.net address, not my account login.)

Is this a general issue? A known issue? One with a solution?

They work for me. Did you register with each site?

I was unable to register due to my Charter login information being rejected with the message indicated in my earlier post.

Call into customer service and have them escalate that because it may be a glitch between charters servers and the on the go apps.
