MQ01 mq01.hmc1.comcast.net
MQ02 mq02.hmc1.comcast.net

The above DNS entries are the MX entries if you are planning to use Comcast's hosted exchange service for your email.

The rest (as you already guessed) are CNAME entries for accessing Comcast's hosted exchange services.

If you do decide to use their hosted services, you will also need to register any domains you want to associate with those services with Comcast (otherwise email using an unassociated domain will not be processed by Comcast's hosted services even if you do create the DNS entries).
