I have called regarding this issue. Peter told me that in order to get this forwarded to rogers that I will have to have my router disconnected and only modem plugged in for 24 hours. Problem is I can only get that done after 12 AM at night until 5 pm next day. However I can't call at 12 am as start is closed. Peter was very helpful and did acknowledge that the power values are way off the chart so what this does is get my modem to have the DS light flash and then the US light flash alternately.

I am on the 150/10 package. My only solution to this is to reset the modem. This just started 3 days ago. It was fine since then.

What can I do rocca? as I know rogers can be a pain in the butt for you guys but at the same time I want to get this fixed.
