El Cortez, Downtown Grand Las Vegas

We stayed at the Dowtown Grand in Las Vegas and it was very nice. Small casino but the dealers are super friendly and even the pit bosses treat you like VIP's. The hotel was just remodeled and the premium room the put us in(which was free for 2 days via a coupon they sent us) had the best view ever. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
The El Cortez is a cheaper hotel/casino down the street, but in my opinion are sexists. We went to the Coffee Shop/Cafe, and they have a sign that says "Men must wear sleeved shirts". It's ok for Women to wear sleeveless shirts, but not men. When asked about this stupid policy, the waiter just said we could purchase a shirt from the gift shop. I think that's discriminatory.

Maybe they just want to try and class the joint up some; and cousin Eddy in a Wife Beater isn't the look they are going for?

BTW - that's not sexist or discriminatory...

Not sexist or discriminatory in the least. Guys at my work can't wear skirts and in many places ladies can't wear shorts.

I certainly do not want some hair guys armpit near my food or frankly see it in a diner. Meanwhile the vast majority of women shave their armpits so the issue is not present with women.

I know I have never seen a lady wear a wife beater...

Well you would have loved seeing the lady in there with a sleeveless shirt. Worse then any hairy guy in a shirt.

Sleeveless is not naked, topless, braless or in any way offensive. Many ladies I know have worn sleeveless shirts even in professional work. Seen many on the fashion shows as well when they were in...

I guess you hate most of the wedding, prom and evening gowns dresses as well - most of the time they are sleeveless

Sleeveless is not naked, topless or braless for men either.lol. And a prom or wedding is way different than a coffee shop in a cheap LV casino

That has nothing to do with men not being able to wear sleeveless shirts. Sleeveless shirts don't expose nearly as much stuff as going completely topless.
