ZTC and Vcable

Was just wondering if Capsavvy works with videotron.
I cannot get it to work.

I enter the API key (no spaces) and always get ERR.
Is it because I'm with videotron?

Capsavvy is something that is handled by Guspaz. Here is the thread regarding Capsavvy's integration with the myaccount portal.

Guspaz responded in another board so I'm sharing this here...
He replied and I quote:
"It should eventually, although I'm not sure if TekSavvy has enabled access to vCable usage info through their API yet."

I think it does NOT work with Videotron...so sad

I'll check but as far as I know, it shouldn't be excluded.

Sorry you think its sad bu keep in mind we'd rather show no information than inaccurate info which is why we didn't have vCable usage going on for a while in the portal.

I just checked with one of our R&D Leads and he said he is pretty sure there was no restriction for vCable on the API side of things. He will check with some of the staff that worked on it to confirm 100%. Keep in mind we only re-enabled usage yesterday so things may take some time to populate.

Ok. There was a block for the API that was forgotten yesterday when we re-enabled usage. Should be fixed now for usage going forward.

It was deliberately disabled last month when the systems at videotron were found to broken still... we disabled it because it was showing incorrect information. last week, we were told that the systems were finally fixed. it appears as though they have indeed been fixed. so we have now turned it back on.

Are you referring only to vCable usage tracking or both tracking and ZTC being enabled? I'm anxiously waiting for ZTC to be officially available on vCable

Zap the cap is dependant on the same system as the usage tracking... Now that it's working we can light both back up.
