Thanks for the info... still having the same problem... called today and another rep sent a "refresh signal" again, but still no joy. Said there was no other option than to send a tech out, with the possibility to charge me for a service call...
Decided that "On Demand" is not that important to me, and that switching to satellite is an option to now consider. No big deal, TV is just not worth getting upset about.
