[CA] Maxed at 32Mpbs on Premier in Orange CountyHello All, I have a 50Mbps Premier account in Orange County, CA. I am seeing a max speed of 32.X Mbps throughput during various speed tests while connected directly to the modem. I feel that my account may be misconfigured, but numerous chats with COX support lead me to no resolution. Any ideas? PM me the modem's MAC address and I'll see what I can find out. |

Great idea, but I can't reply either. |

I'll be out of the office very soon for the next couple of days as well. You can either reach out to us on our forums for assistance or email cox.help@cox.com in the meanwhile. |

I will send an email. Thanks for trying to help! |

Sounds like a D3 modem on a D2 service code. call up cox and have them set your service code to D3 to fix. |

This was indeed a D3 modem with a D2 code. Initially COX chat support told me all settings were okay, but after emailing tech support, the problem was resolved.
Thanks all! |
