[X1-X2] X1 update?Saturday morning when I got up I noticed the clock on my X1 box was super bright. I went into the settings, and sure enough it was set on 10. I normally keep it on 3. I also noticed when fast forwarding, I no longer get the arrows showing FF1, FF2, FF3, etc..
So I am wondering if some kind of update was pushed out, or in the case of FF, a downgrade. Also, a few weeks ago, I also noticed I can no longer check for updates, as the option no longer seems to exist, but that happened a while back. |

ARRIS XG1 Front Panel Bottom Right Corner |
said by clocks11:Not sure if I have the Arris box, didnt think I did, but maybe that is it. Thanks for the info. The ARRIS model will show "XG1-A" ("A" for ARRIS) in small text on the bottom right corner of the front panel, under the power button, as shown above. The Pace model will show "XG1-P" there instead. Their labeling and rear panel layouts also differ, see: » Re: [X1-X2] Obtaining X1 with existing double play package |

Yep, mine's an Arris. Cool, so I guess I got an update. Also the FF arrows have come back. Not sure why they were not there yesterday. |
