cant be more satisfied with EBOX, THANKS Guys!!!Just wanted to share my experience i had on Sunday with Ebox and 2 issues i have been having.
1. My Cable connection was in dead in the water with 0 sync, for the first time in 1 year.
I called them up, they were able to schedule a technician on the same day. I swear that within 1 hour, the guy was already there working on the issue and then another technician came an hour later to take more readings out of my home to make sure everything was adequate.
I thought this was going to take days to get resolved, but WOW i am really impresswed.
2. I needed to upload a VERY large data set to a backup server, EBox was able to offer me something special to suit my needs. ( i wont talk about it as i did not ask them permission to publish this info ) |
