Does anyone have information regarding these six updates?

KB2965142
KB2965699
KB2966804
KB2969339
KB2969817
KB2962409

I can't find any information on what these updates do so I'm not pushing the button to go ahead and install the updates yet (even the known security updates).

All I get when I search for it is this...

The update list for Windows 8.1 has more updates on it than the update list for Windows 7.

Got the same ones for XP Pro SP3 except for IE8:

KB2957689 MS14-035 (IE8 Cumulative)
KB2939576 MS14-033
KB2957503 MS14-036
KB2957509 MS14-036

Of course, this is with the 2009 POS registry patch.

Hmm. I wonder just how long it will be before MS starts checking an XP system for some files like fbwfmgr.exe or fbwflib.dll (and whether they're registered into the system, etc) before allowing the system to be updated...

I just installed the first 3 patches for Windows 8.0 Pro and rebooted. That included the IE 10 patch.

I immediately opened IE and it showed me a PRIVACY POLICY FOR IE 9!!! Why?

Don't you have proxo doing some obfuscation of the browser user agents? Maybe that's why you have issues having your browsers identified correctly....

Good point if this was Fx as it does obscure Fx. (It doesn't obscure Pale Moon). But IE has always reported the user agent correctly with or without Proxo in use.

Besides, did the IE cumulative update change the privacy policy? If not, why would IE show me a privacy policy page? It gave me the correct popup about Welcome to IE10 but on top of IE 9 privacy page

I can say that this one... KB2962409 refuses to install with Online Armor installed.

I tried disabling HIPS and telling OA not to start with the PC (my normal fix for updates that wont install/revert) and it still wouldn't install. Uninstalled OA and it would then install.

Any one have problems with Bluetooth after updates? My father (vista laptop, Kensington Bluetooth adapter) and my mother (Win 8.1 laptop, built in Bluetooth) Bluetooth headphones won't connect to their laptops after updates. I will be looking into it when I go over on the weekend.

I did check that they didn't have one of their senior moments and mix up their headphones.
