[NV] Disconnects and modem errors

Click for full size
I was told by phone support several months ago that I had power issues with my modem. There are currently no power issues and everything is in line with the power levels. I've had tech support out to my house several times and had no luck fixing anything (same with phone support). I upgraded my speeds at the suggestion of phone support. I grew tired of hearing them blame my equipment for the errors so I upgraded all my equipment. I have a an SB6120 running Firmware Build Time: Mar 12 2013 17:48:19 and a Linksys E3000 running Firmware Version DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/09/11) big - build 16758M NEWD-2 K2.6 Eko

I had the last technician replace the cable run to the street so that my wiring can't be blamed for the problems. It's cool if the error is on my side, I don't really care, I just want my internet to work without issue.

Here are the errors from the modem log (I removed the MAC address):

I've got an SB6120 also, you didnt mention which firmware yours is running. Mine has KOMODO 1.0.6.14

Your logs indicate loss of sync. Do all the lights go off and work their way back on to blue? green? Are you seeing any packet loss?

My mistake, didn't see the firmware name. It's the default stuff (is it possible to change or manually update?).

Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.12-SCM00-NOSH
Firmware Build Time: Mar 12 2013 17:48:19

Link: Flashes Blue
Online: Solid Green
Send: Solid Blue
Receive: Solid Blue
Power: Solid Green

No packet loss when everything is working. Occasionally the internet cuts out or stops working, I either hard reset the modem, or the problem eventually just sort of fixes itself.

okay so when its synchronized its bonding. If the signal levels were the problem I'd expect it to come back up all green.

When the issue is happening is there any older electronics plugged in or turned on?
Also, might this be happening when its warmer (overheating)?

Cox tried blaming my power supply too. I went out and bought one of these (»www.monsterproducts.com/ ··· pin=5320), I didn't pay that much, but you get the idea. I checked it with my multimeter and it's functioning correctly.

The modem and router should have plenty of airflow going to them, is there anything I can do to verify? I've had these issues as long as I've owned my house (5 years) and the issues happen year round (even when it's colder).

Can I email you directly? I tried emailing through the site; there's a waiting period for new members.
