Thank you for the message. I don't have any issues posted for tonight with web-mail, I regret to see your having some difficulty tonight. I have located the iMap settings you will need to ensure all settings are correct. The web-mail settings are as follows:
Email type: IMAP
Incoming Server: mail.teksavvy.com
Port: 143
Do NOT check: Server requires SSL
Outgoing Server: out.teksavvy.com
Port: 1025
Do NOT check: Server requires SSL
Check: outgoing server requires authentication
Check: use same username and password as receiving email
