Time For A Laugh (.TV)

Just when you had enough of the .TV channels, comes word that Byron Allen will have an 8th next year called Automotive.TV. Will Verizon add that one too?

The worst channels. There is a reason other operators don't carry them.

And yet, at least in my area, the programming they carry is also carried on several of my local network affiliates during the day.

There goes another HD slot, lost to the most mindless of TV productions - shotgun advertizing...

I know that at one time earlier this week the SAME infomercial was running on all 6 of them at the same time.

I think they could squeeze programming down into 3 or even 2 channels as opposed to 6.

Some channels cater to the mindless.
The greatest part of the US economy is fueled by consumers. We lost the manufacturing edge to China a long time ago. We need those channels to train sheep.

Hate to tell you this, but another (telco TV) provider CenturyLink actually DOES:

pick any location; they're on all of them

(they're scattered on ch 133, 142, 168-172, 458 in SD AND in the HD 1xxx ranges)
