Here's an interesting problem

We have all these HP thin clients in the field, and what they do is RDP into a server in order to run the company app etc..

The thin client will receive an IP(DHCP) , in fact I can get the time from POOL.NTP.ORG,but no matter what, I can't RDP into any of the servers.

Servers work fine, it would be a country wide issue if they didn't. I just pushed back to HP to fix, but damn, it's the most bizarre issue I've ever seen.

What error is displayed? I suspect since you mention NTP time, it's a time related error? Is the time on the thin client and server actually correct (for their respective time zones)? What model thin client are they? Are others in the field having an issue as well or just some of them? If just some of them, are there any patterns to what works and what doesn't work?
