The Earthlink DSL service is working but the VOIP phone service has been down for two weeks plus. This seems incredible for our zip code 90272 in Los Angeles. I have called the Earthlink support and service multiple times but get only the run around. Earthlink says that they are working on the problem -- other families are affected too -- it is a system problem, not your house alone, etc.
Usually, these types of problems are resolved quickly. People are trying to reach our family on our normal phone number and they can not get through. It is very frustrating for my wife and kids. They want me to switch services to another carrier. What service should I switch to with 90272?
