Actually.. having met Legere at a few unofficial functions years ago when he was with Dell, I can tell you.. the 'Act' seems to be more normal for him than the stuffy business suit persona he was forced to put on at that time.

In fact, at the time, he was already making fun of AT&T having just left them.... said the entire mentality at that company was a nightmare towards the end, and it just kept getting worse. (Paraphrased)
