It's not clear to me if this should be posted under HSI or TV.
I had Comcast HSI service at my last place, I moved and added Cable TV service (with HBO etc). Now that I have moved I went to use HBO-Go app on my iPhone, or on my computer, when I login with my Comcast credentials I get the following error:
"Sorry, there was an error loading this page. Your account has not been charged."

I should have access to HBO-Go and all the the other TV apps, but some mis-configuraton on the Comcast side leaves me locked out. I know it's such a simple fix, but the front line support just doesn't seem capable of taking ownership of the issue, and fixing it.
