Rogers → [Internet] Please help/need advice - Old Rogers Ultimate vs New Hybrid 250

Good morning,

Our current plan costs $127.99 with 250gb monthly.. We are constantly going over that with Skype, Netflix, Steam, downloads, etc..

Even though the Rogers website only advertises these new hybrid plans, which are a much better deal than we are getting, we can't get it due to it not being available in or area yet (downtown Toronto.. wtf???)

I'm sick of getting taken advantage of by this company.. Has anyone ever had any success with getting Rogers to drop the price or at least match the data plan of the newer/cheaper plan that is magically not available in our area?

I'm really tempted to leave this company but my other options aren't that great either.

They can drop the price if you don't already have any discounts. They will not be able to match the usage of the newer plan.
