TekSavvy → [DSL] 15/10 or 25/10 DSL tiers in Kitchener (Doon) area?

Hi, just inquiring about availability of the better DSL tiers (15/10 or 25/10) in Doon... it's been listed as available when searching by postal code for over a year, but it's a false positive so far. Just checking in every few months.

Has anything changed yet? I know of several friends in Waterloo that fairly recently moved to 25/10 Bell tiers.
