[HN7000S] Static IP

Been so long, I can't remember - if the LAN1 IP is public with sub net ending in .252, does that mean it is a static account?
And the next address up can be used for router?

I have a sub from waaay back and he needs a static on his account and before we tried to jump through those hoops I hoping for insight here.

It is sort of a big deal for him to test my theory, hours and hours of travel involved & no communications once there.

West Mich.

A peek at his bill may yield some info as accounts with a static IP had an extra $10 added for that option.

VAR accounts don't work like that.
Whole different animal...

If anyone still has a 7000 account, would you please look at your SYS INFO page and tell me if your LAN IP is 192.168.0.1 or some other address?

I am hoping your's shows 192.168.0.1
That will help me unravel.

Thanks
Bob

Thanks Don
No, I don't recall ever having seen that page
Back in the day, I knew 99% of the ins & outs
You & Grogreg covered the rest for me - bless your hearts

That is what I thought but seeing as how sometimes I can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday, wanted another's input.....
