Finding a person's residential address in Canada?

I have a buddy who thinks he has his bases covered with regards to people finding his residential address. He told me I wouldn't be able to figure out his address. He actually is challenging me to do so (in a friendly manner). Any advice on figuring his address out for free and/or cheap? I know his wife's name and that he owns a place in a particular jurisdiction in BC.

If you have a phone number you could try 411.ca, use the reverse look up.

There's a reverse address if you know his name it'll try and find the address.

Do you know if your friend owns property/aka his house or does he rent?

If he owns I'm sure there's an equivalent to the Land Registry Office in BC, and I'm sure for the right price they can do a search to see if his name pops up....

Just another thought.
