Heard the same pejorative remarks about music, and now I can stream over 20 million songs for $10/month or buy a new CD for under $7 instead of $17 or more. The same trend is happening with video content. Buggy whip makers come in all forms.

And you pay for it right?

You are confusing price competition and thievery. Using your logic Toyota Camry's should be much cheaper because they are stolen more often.

Thieves are thieves...

First off downloading is not theft it is copyright infringement. Use the right terms.

Second, People need to stop bringing cars into this. A car is worth thousands of dollars or tens of thousands(and for a rare few models for those lacking between the legs, hundreds of thousands).

A movie is worth $14 based on the average price at Walmart, Amazon and Bestbuy.

The MPAA has brainwashed people into thinking downloading a movie is theft, But even worse that its theft on a scale equal to grand theft auto. When they should compare it if they want to continue to use the incorrect legal term stealing for downloading they should compare it to shoplifting.
