I can ping the site but the web pages don't load

I ran tracert yesterday and it completed. The site just doesn't load. I'll rerun and post results later today

I can't find anything on our end. Are you running any filtering software that could prevent access to our site? Firewalls, etc.. try a different browser?

Ive tried 3 browsers
Ive reset the Fios router and rebooted
there isnt any filtering going on - that I know of

Turned off windows firewall
turned off AVG
And installed Safari for windows .. still same

also tried Proxy - proxy worked so its not the browser

Ipad also unable to get to site

COnnected to customer server in next town that has business fios and was able to get to site

this morning its working

no changes on my end
