Spotify coming to Canada!

"Spotify is set to launch in Canada, and soon.

The company has launched a sign-up page where users can submit an email address in exchange for the prospect of receiving an invitation to use the service. It’s unclear when the company plans to open the proverbial floodgates, but this is the best indication we’ve seen yet that Spotify is serious about expanding north of the border."

Or Spotify agreed to the demands of CRIA/SoCAN...

Unless either side talks, we'll never know...

Doubtful. The math just didn't work. There was no way ad revenue could ever cover what the idiots were demanding. I like Spotify. I just go through my VPN. As far as they know, I live in Buffalo.

used Rdio, Spotify, and Google Music.
So far Rdio is my Fav, followed quickly by Google Music and Spotify is at the bottom.

Honestly part of that is due to the fact I can get 2 of them legally in Canada with no fuss. I haven't really noticed large "gaps" in the music either.
