[X1-X2] 2 X1 DVRs in the house

I've been a Comcast customer for long time but have never bothered with getting their X1 DVR setup and I was wondering if you could get two DVRs and have both of them access each others recordings? I know this sounds strange but I was wondering if this was possible.

Yes, many posters on here have two (or more) X1 DVRs which can access the other(s) recordings.

Actually, Comcast is depending on that capability for their "Super DVR": »Re: [Comcast Equip] TV Ad says Watch and Record 15 shows at 1 time!!!

It seems to depend on what region. I know that the West region does not allow it. I have tried many times to get more than one.

Yes, sorry, like many things with Comcast, YMMV. As that article says, the three XG1 "Super DVR" option is available only in the Northeast area right now.
