who higher up can i call about the lies

where is the best number to call about a week old dead DSL issue (corportate contact). basically everyone i talked to lied. even the supervisor last night who told me id get a call today apparently lied. when i talked to him last night he told me the long phone call i had the other nite with the CSR wasnt logged and no record of me calling in or her putting in notes or doing a work order. i can only assume she was laughing or doing something else on the computer while pretending to ask me questions. and caring enough to write down the answers. and he said other calls in in over a week to them. which is not true at all. they can check their phone records against my phone number. all provable that i called in many many times.

i think 10 days with no dsl is just a disgrace. i have at least 10 calls in there and i'm at wits end. i need to 'super escalate' because this is beyond insane. they literally are ignoring me.

Heres the number you need to call (877) 759-9020. Press #4 for corporate representative. Than press #1 for complement/concerns. They are there between 8am and 5pm eastern time. This is the same office who responded to my complaint which I was not happy about.

But it's the higher up's that are telling them to say all that. IT's way I kinda feel back for the people who work at windstream they kinda HAVE to say that well if they wanna keep the job. Yet they are the one's who get the blunt of our anger too. Mainly why I try not to get mad at the people I call or on the forms they do there job good to what they can do its the higher up people making all the money telling them that "it's going to get fix".

well after getting a credit for my month of it being out, i immediately canceled the DSL. zero attempt was made to keep me or ask why or anything. they really just dont care. i wonder if anyone even looks at the disconnect or if they are just happy to get rid of the annoying customers that call

or maybe he saw 3 weeks of notes in the system and realized it's fruitless to try to keep me

my local cable co has been so much more reliable in just 3 days of having them. and sad thing is i got another call last week saying there would be follow up from my dsl issue and there has been none.

Yeah I just called the BBB again the last time they told me just to go somewhere else kind of hard to do when Windstream is the only Internet I can get. They did give me the $10 a month piss off credit.
