Extremely slow speeds and frequent drops...

Frontier is the only ISP available in our area and after years of calling to complain, our internet service has never improved and every time a tech comes out they say everything "checks out".

I did several speed tests both wired and wireless... this was the best result I got (wireless, about 5 feet from the router):

What sort of speeds are you looking to get? You do have a longer line, so speeds such as 3Mbps are starting to get out of the picture. If Frontier can move you to an RT should you already be coming out of the CO, you might be able to get some better speeds.

Right now your line should run at around 1.5-2.0Mbps without too much issue. Your upload can go to 384kbps.
