OptimumOnline → [OOL] 47.xxx IP address block on OOL?

Since when has Cablevision started issuing 47.xxx IP addresses? For nine years my IP was in the 69.xxx and I noticed today I have a 47.xxx IP. I presume my node was split, but I didn't think they had IPs in that netblock. Not to get too off topic but I still have two upstream channels.

I've had an IP in that block for a couple of years now. Maybe it's new to your area.
