Only interested because when I first saw it, $213 million for World of Warcraft seemed low. When I saw Shin's at first glance it looks like it conflicts unless your listing is profit.
EDIT: Comparing Lineage 1 between the two sources makes me think it's not Revenue vs Profit.
At least one of the two appears to be incorrect IMO. |

From » www.forbes.com/sites/ins ··· eard-of/See the notes to the image, it looks like that data is only for Free to Play earnings (so in the case of WoW and I guess SW:TOR, it's only earnings from microtransactions). I'm not sure if the first chart includes these amounts, or you'd need to add them together to get a total revenue (I'm guessing you'd need to add them, as Lineage 1's total on the first chart is lower than it's total on the f2p earnings chart, which wouldn't make much sense, although adding them has Lineage 1 breaking $500 million, which is surprising). |

Ahhh, thanks Zupe. That explains a lot and puts WoW at a much more realistic number. |

Just for fun, assuming the two charts are mutually exclusive, adding them together would give the top ten for total revenue (though I'm assuming some of the other games, like Lineage 2, may also have f2p revenue that fell outside the chart):
1. World of Warcraft - $1.254 billion 2. CrossFire - $957 million 3. League of Legends - $624 million 4. Lineage 1 - $510 million 5. Dungeon Fighter Online - $426 million 6. World of Tanks - $372 million 7. Maplestory -$326 million 8. Star Wars: The Old Republic - $304 million 9. Tera: Online $236 million 10. Team Fortress 2 - $139 million |

Lineage I was the monster to beat before WoW came along. It's still a major powerhouse in Korea/China. None of those numbers for it surprise me. |

Things have been straightened out. The original data from Tigerlord lacked a source causing some slight confusion. It only contained revenue from DLC/Microstransactions and excluded revenue from subscriptions which at first glance seemed to conflict with Shinjuru's link. |
