Your upstream power levels are starting to get quite high and are probably intermittently going out of spec. Do you have any splitters connected?

Have had TWC out here at least a dozen times on upstream issues, last time they where out they improved it quite a bit. meesed/adjusted/replaced taps on quite a few poles on my street. They first where claiming i was the only one on the node with issues, However they wouldnt of did what they did if so the case,

My bro lives on this block as well his power levels are excellent BUT he has dc/slow internet modem logs show same t4's etc so i know its a node/amp issue TWC does not want to fix.

upstream bonding for me just came on this AM very slow web page loading!!

Have you reached out to TWC Direct here on the site?

yea they sent an "advanced team" they the ones that fixed/adjusted/replaced taps, they also re-wired the whole house. mind you i only been here about 6.5 years, re-wire was done about 2.5 years ago. again i think the issue is something that needs approval to be fixed

If you and your brother keep repeatedly telling them about it maybe they will actually fix the issue. See if any of your other neighbors are having issues as well.

Yeah once they went 4x4 my connection does seem slower. Speed tests show it at 55/5.5 but it feels like things have slowed down. I also noticing the DL speeds are not as stable as they used to be. I'm seeing a lot of dips/spikes. My modem Zoom 5341J also has blinking US light that no amount of resets will clear. 78240
