Per your June 25 post, dp See Profile
IE Restricted Zones should be reset to defaults.

You will not need to RESET TO DEFAULT LEVEL if you are using Spyware Blaster AutoUpdate.
AutoUpdate will not change IE zone settings to custom and will respect IE's default settings.
Only running SpywareBlaster manually (free version) will it change it to CUSTOM.

So, let me get this straight - versions with auto update don't do this ?
A user with auto update reports the same thing I've been reporting.
Or am I missing something

Yes
I know that if I ever decide to launch the program itself (SpywareBlasters GUI), it will in fact change the ZONES to CUSTOM upon every launch. But if I never open SpywareBlasters GUI and just allow AutoUpdate to apply updates in the background automatically... IE zone settings will remain untouched at DEFAULTS. I have reported this to the developer in the past and they confirm my findings as normal.

It would be interesting to know exactly what javacool See Profile & company said. If you might have the Wilders post handy.

It wasn't a Wilders post, it was a direct line of communication via e-mail. I can't say if I have said e-mail as it was some time ago but I'll check.

If you wouldn't mind sharing the "meat" of what was communicated.
