Confused by multiple TSI customer portalsAre the login credentials for » myaccount.teksavvy.com/and » myworld.teksavvy.com/supposed to be different? I can get logged in via the myworld portal but not via the myaccount portal. |

Sadly it appears as though there is no link between the two portals, so two distinct logins are needed instead of TSI implementing some sort of SAML for the two.

Myworld will be phased out when MyAccount is out of Beta. No point in integrating the two. |

Myworld was the initial portal. Certain things you could perform via the MyWorld were recently integrated in the MyAccount portal.
The MyAccount portal will be the main portal. For now, it is still being worked on and as such we are keeping both alive.
Once most of the work has been done & service all implemented in the MyAccount portal, MyWorld will be closed.
No ETA on when this will all happen.

TSI, how hard is it to finish this thing? it's been IN BETA since December freakin' 2013!
this is something i've always disliked about TSI, is the home built, hodgepodge website and the customer portal(s).
Comeon TSI you've grown up many years ago, shell out some bucks and get a proper website and customer portal built without it taking YEARS. |

With the complexity they've got going into that thing I'm not surprised it's taking so long. You're probably talking a million dollar+ upgrade including soft costs. It'll probably never be finished (if it is I'd worry) but to the point it can replace myworld, I'd guess within the next year it'll switch over completely. |

Support/Tools/Tools...
Move forms, add features/hardware, etc.
As I remember being told, SOME of these older online forms simply generated an email or a printed request, for TSI to then process manually.
I believe MyWorld was 'rushed' into production, for the UBB crisis! |

Software can be in beta for years, it's all up to the developers for to remove the beta when they feel that it is a stable release and most of the features have been added and bugs fixed. |

I was accidentally using myaccount login on myworld and locked myself out. To me, Myworld is already phased out Myaccount is pretty good and works great on mobile. |
