Pings are showing about 25% loss. Tech support says everything looks good with line, except 40% packet loss to my modem. I have the time warner Arris wireless combo. Have the same problem wireless or wired on several PC's. Also trying to connect to work with VPN times out now. Soonest tech can come out is next Wed. Any idea if my numbers look good or bad? Anything else I can do on my end? Speed is normal when doing speed test on time warner site, but web pages are slow as well.
