Looks like Verizon is breaking FCC rules again

They have been doing this for some time if you used a lot. It would sometimes follow you into the next billing cycle as well.

Verizon said they weren't throttling, yea right and now they have just made the intent public.

If the FCC had a back bone they would throw the book at them on the 700mhz C-block rules.

I think this is America's punishment for the consumer outrage over Verizon's plans to skirt net neutrality rules.

No they are not. firstly they have a right to manage their network the block C rules state that. Second you do realize that they use AWS as well as 700 MHz for LTE and AWS clearly isn't under ANY rules whatsoever.

Lol wow. You spent the last 2 years posting in almost every verizon wireless thread about how the C block rules prevent Verizon from throttling anyone using LTE, even if a tower is congested, and how unfair it was for poor verizon to abide by rules no one else has to. Now you're flip flopping.

You just want unlimited plans dead because of your own ideals want nothing more than the likes of Verizon and others to rip off customers. I bet next your going to say Time warner cable should bring back the 40GB cap with $1 per GB overage or that those getting cable TV should also be billed for every hour they use it on top of the basic fee per month.

I never said anything about AWS and they can do what ever they want with it, network management wise.

If Verizon didn't want to deal with C-block rules then it shouldn't have out bid Google and let some one else have it. Now they just have to deal with it.
