So has anyone experienced anything like this before? Specifically the problem starts to happen around 6PM to 4AM.
I called TWC and they said they said that they were seeing packet loss when testing my line. What is strange is that this just started to happen a few days ago.
They are sending a technician out on wednesday, but I dont know how helpful that will be.
PS: This is with an older cisco Docsis 2 modem provided by TWC, and no channel bonding, but the modem has never had any issues. I'll probably be buying a new one this week to take advantage of the 8x4 bonding available in my area.
Also the line isn't connected to a splitter it goes directly to the modem, the line also has a trap attached to the tap.
