Hi I live in Hot Springs,NC been here for about a year and it took us 3 months to get Internet 3Mbps it was ok but I am an online gamer so when we heard that we were getting the top speed 25Mbps that they now offer we got it well for the last month my download speed has gone from around 20 Mbps to the lowest can't even search the net they sent a guy out it took a week to get a repair guy out here. When he showed up he maid me fill like I was stupid and tryed to make me believe it was my PC that was the problem and showed me on his laptop what he was getting so he replaced the box no help I had to reset my PC to factory settings and it word for about a month now the same shit again. I asked my friend who is in Internet Security what could be wrong with my PC to make this happen he said that it not a PC problem it is Frontier.
