Cisco → [HELP] CME cannot call out

Please I cannot make outgoing calls on my CME but can receive incoming calls. below is my config. please advise;

Has this ever worked?

Enable the following debugs

debug isdn q931
debug voice ccapi inout
 

Then make an outbound call. The debugs should show why outbound calls are failing

No it has never worked

Are you trying to make a collect call?

Is your telephony-services configured to dial a digit before accessing an outside line? Like, dial "9", then your phone number?

It seems the outbound call looped back into the router & got disconnected. I am assuming this due to the misconfigured 'dial-peer 33' or due to the fact that 07034153530 belongs the DID block of your E1 PRI. In any case make the following changes, and try the outbound call again.
