To make a long story short, I discovered my purchase of a Euroflex steam mop on eBay was missing parts. Found the Euroflex website and a contact email that I PRESUMED would be non-deliverable just because of the luck I'm having.
Sent email about purchasing the missing parts on their discontinued product and got not only a response within 2 hours but also .... they are sending me the parts AT NO CHARGE !
Yaay, customer service ! (For you grammar folks, please note that I used a "not only" with the requisite "but also"
)
