Same problem here in Nazareth. Intermittent internet connectivity for weeks. TV has no issues, ever. Downtimes seem to be getting longer. Modem went offline @ 6am was back on around 3pm, now it's 9pm an I'm offline again. I'm posting this from my phone.

Signal levels have been within spec for the most part. Today was an exception, with everything just out of spec. When online, everything seems stable, until the connection suddenly drops. I've checked all my connections, and all hardware talks over the network. During the outages, the modem keeps logging T3 or T4 timeouts. Customer support suggested trying a new modem. I now have one, but doubt that it will resolve the issue. Will call to get it swapped when I have time.

Should add that rebooting the ActionTec ECB2500C MoCA Network Adapter that lies between the incoming coax and the modem has sufficed to get the modem back on line.
