I chatted with online sales rep and he said it's their best offer. Does anyone know if there are better deals if you call in?

You either will or you won't, and there's only one way to find out for sure. If you ask for a better deal, the worst that can happen is they say no and you get the advertised price anyways.

They raised the fee from $39/mo. to $45/mo. earlier this year. I'm not negotiating every year. Don't really like negotiating at all. I said $25/mo. for 5yrs. He said $32/mo. for one year. I told him to shut it off. They connected me to some else there. I said shut it off. Then another person.....I said shut it off. So I'm sure you can probably work out something.

I tried and the people I talked to couldn't have cared less if I left or stayed. What's funny is that the deal I was asking for (same one new subscribers were getting) they told me I couldn't have, they started sending fliers to me 3 weeks after I cut them off if I would come back.

They just asked question like what other source of internet I have.... how foolish I was for leaving a good value,etc. I'm not their average customer because I don't need them. Not going to beg like a friend I know or play the games. Have other sources. Gave myself a $45 monthly discount yesterday.
