Telus → ALU 7130 Wont Connect

I have both the Actiontec V1000h and an ALU 7130.

The Actiontec is working well.

I flashed the ALU with the custom firmware found on this forum. I cannot connect. The DSL light is flashing but the Internet light is dark.

Can anyone help with the configuration?

There was no reason to flash the firmware in the first place. I've got stock firmware on my ALU and it has worked flawlessly. I've been getting 2MB/s on my 15MBps plan. You may have bricked the ALU.

I'd be checking the DSL setting, 33/1 I believe for Telus?

Is where I would start, can you still log in to the ALU?

Working PhyR and SRA are perfect reasons to flash the firmware found on these forums.

Not really. My ALU has had a rock solid connection and great speed consistently. It's given me zero reason to touch the firmware on it.

The problem with flashing firmware is that a tiny number of skilled users post it online, and users with little to no experience or knowledge in dealing with it end up bricking their devices.
