It needs to have a web interface for those command line challenged. I've been using Graylog2 but it's buggy as hell.

salty_peaks @173.255.181.x	salty_peaks Anon 2014-Aug-15 5:47 pm syslog-ng is incredibly easy to configure and is well documented. Editing a simple configuration file using your favorite text editor should be as easy as clicking buttons and POSTing HTTP data.
